Worm Humus!

Humus

Humus is a dark, organic matter mixed with mineral particles in the arable soil, originating from animal and plant remains (plant leaves, droppings, and manure), first accumulated on the soil where they undergo decomposition and fermentation.

It is a naturally forming compost that is quite rich in nutrients. When humus decomposes, it provides nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium to the soil and plants..

Thanks to the existence of this compost, it is easier for plants to incorporate the nutrients necessary for healthy growth. You can see in the Nutrient Shortage Guide what happens when the nutrients essential for this healthy growth are missing.

Worm Humus - what it is?

"Worm humus" is the expression used to designate the humus resulting from organic matter decomposed through the digestive process of earthworms, forming a natural compost. The worms facilitate the work of microorganisms by fragmenting the organic matter into smaller pieces; and for this reason they have been used as a way to enhance the formation of humus, a practice known as vermicomposting.

It is rich in nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and calcium, and contains plant hormones and microorganisms that help, respectively, the development of plants and the diversity of microorganisms in the soil.

The worm humus fertilizer is 100% organic and environmentally friendly. Essential in plant nutrition, it can be used in all types of crops, vegetables, fruit trees, pastures, and gardens.
